Welcome to Show Little Love (SLL), a product of TNL Global Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, services, and applications (“Platform”). By accessing or using SLL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. General Overview
1.1 Platform Purpose:
SLL is a peer-to-peer platform designed to enable users to send and receive monetary gifts (“love”) for personal, creative, or charitable purposes.
1.2 No Intermediary Role:
TNL Global Services LLC provides the infrastructure but is not a party to transactions between users. We do not verify the authenticity or intent of transactions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
2.2 The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where its services are prohibited. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Use the Platform for its intended peer-to-peer gifting purposes.
- Not engage in fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activities.
- Bear full responsibility for your transactions, including tax obligations.
Prohibited Activities:
You must not:
- Use SLL for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal purposes.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Introduce harmful software (e.g., malware, viruses) into the Platform.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TNL Global Services LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Disputes between you and other users.
- Violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
This indemnification extends to claims arising in any jurisdiction worldwide.
5. Transactions & Fees
5.1 Peer-to-Peer Nature:
SLL facilitates transactions between users but does not process payments directly. Payments are handled through third-party providers.
5.2 Platform Fees:
We charge a small transaction fee for each monetary gift to cover operational costs. Fees are disclosed before completing a transaction.
5.3 Disputes:
All disputes related to transactions must be resolved directly between users. TNL Global Services LLC is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes.
6. Content Ownership
6.1 User Content:
You retain ownership of the content you share on the Platform but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for Platform operations and marketing.
6.2 Prohibited Content:
Content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such content.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Use:
SLL is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the Platform’s availability, reliability, or suitability.
8.2 No Liability:
TNL Global Services LLC is not liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from Platform use.
8.3 Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or legal restrictions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in harmful behavior.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated through the Platform or email. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance.
